When it comes to the original client consultation I like to be pretty comprehensive and unfiltered. Honesty is the foundation of any business relationship and an attribute that sets me apart from other home stagers. Given my deep real estate background, I’m able to make decisive observations and recommendations. At the end of the day, this could be the difference of thousands and thousands of dollars. My trained eye and gut inclinations make clients money at closing.
What to expect:
Two hours of “walk through time” where you are invited to take photos and make notes as you wish. Typically speaking, my first reactions are usually spot on and the suggestions I make during the original consultation serve as the punch list of items that I would tackle to get your home sold!
