What is Curb Appeal? Neighborhood nuances, street signs, cable wires, satellite dishes, noise level, the appearance of concrete and exterior, landscaping and more. Flowers and shrubs say a lot but there’s way more to it than that! What’s the parking situation? What conclusions can be made about overall safety and privacy? These are all factors that are considered within the first five seconds of driving up or walking up to a property for sale.

Simply put, the exterior of your home could matter as much as the interior of your home. When clients ask for these additional services, I assemble a hardworking team of craftsmen, artisans, and experienced landscape designers to get work done at a reasonable rate and on time. Curb Appeal items could include tasks such as:
- Exterior painting
- Drainage systems replacement
- Site clearing
- Landscape design, management, installation, and maintenance
- Hardscape design
- Outdoor living space design
- Seeding/Mulching/Stonework
- Hedge trimming
- Brick/Paver installation

Deliverable:
Most clients who have me stage their home also hire me to provide an audit and make recommendations for the exterior of the property as well. The deliverable here would be an overhaul of, not only the home’s interior areas, but also improvements to the outside of the property as well. I serve as a Project Manager and track all activity and vendors so that you don’t have to! All third-party vendors issue contracts to the client are paid directly by the client.
