Ready to get started? When it comes to the original client consultation, I like to be pretty comprehensive and unfiltered. Honesty is the foundation of any business relationship and an attribute that sets me apart from other home stagers. Given my extensive real estate background, I’m able to make decisive observations and recommendations. At the end of the day, this could be the difference of thousands and thousands of dollars. What to expect:
Two hours of “walk through time” where you are invited to take photos and make notes, as you wish. Typically speaking, my first reactions are usually spot on and the suggestions I make during the original consultation serve as the punch list of items that I would tackle to get your home sold—faster!

Cost:
$150 flat fee (no travel time or travel expenses if within the Greater Philadelphia Area footprint)

Deliverable:
This is a formal consultation where I will perform a walkthrough of your space (interior and exterior). I will make real-time recommendations. This phase is often a pre-step to the actual interior staging.

Why clients like it:
Sometimes folks are not 100% sure if home staging is going to make a difference at sale time. This is a chance to get started by getting to know me, my style, and the way that I work. It’s also a great opportunity for me to “walk the house” as if I’m a buyer—pointing out quick fixes, as well as projects that might take more of a lead time which points to exactly when the house should get listed.
